great family experience but some room issues

The hotel has an excellent pool area perfect for families, providing hours of fun for the kids. The variety of dining options nearby was fantastic. We easily found local flavors to enjoy. Our spacious triple room.

Our room had some minor maintenance issues that were disappointing.

We had a really great stay because of the indoor swimming pool. Great venue, incredible location close enough to shops, restaurants and the nightclub, loved our stay. Lovely bed and room was a decent size.

The animation team reminded me of family.

The hotel was situated in the town, close to all the amenities, once paid for the water park was good.

The hotel staff were not very friendly, the hotel was nothing like the brochure. to stay in the refurbished rooms you had to pay an additional charge on check-in. We booked the hotel because of the water slides for the children, however this was also chargeable upon arrival, none of the above were mentioned on their website or within the information from yourselves. The room we stayed in was delapidated to say the least, with the airconditioning leaking from the ceiling outside the bathroom, this also left a rather unplesant smell. in addition to this there were also cracked tiles in the bathroom and hairs on the floor in the bathroom.

Hotel is very basic, but clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

during my weekend stay, I loved how close this place was to Samara Beach, just a short walk away, and the fantastic dining options nearby, with a restaurant just less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore local flavors and relax by the beach without hassle.

There is a fantastic pool area with loads of fun slides and an indoor section. The activities team kept us entertained with games like table tennis and billiards, which really added to our enjoyment .

My wife says that the food options were quite limited, with little variety for kids.

The pool area was great, and the Aquapark kept everyone entertained. The animation team was super engaging with activities like table tennis and billiards. Meals were decent with good variety. Definitely check out the night animations, they were a blast!

The triple room we had was pretty spacious, and the storage was solid. We did have some hiccups-like a shower that didn't really work well. The air conditioning was okay but could be better. The bathroom was clean but could use an update. It was decent enough for a family stay, but not without its quirks.

The marabout has a fantastic pool area with several waterslides and kids pools. Every evening there's a themed buffet for kids with meals like spaghetti bolognese and chicken nuggets. The staff were really great.

We faced some real issues with our initial room, cramped and not as advertised. We had to switch to a better room after the first night. The air conditioning was spotty, and the bathroom, while clean, felt dated and could use an upgrade. The overall dining experience fell short due to unclean areas in the restaurant and a lack of appealing options for young kids. Not to mention, the limited hours for snacks and disappointing choices left us looking for food elsewhere.

This was just a fine choice for strolling around in Sousse at a good price. The beach area was excellent for the kids, and they really enjoyed playing in the sand and swimming. Try to get a room with a sea view for the best experience.
